Your YogaPro will guide you through posture, breathing, and meditation techniques that you can do easily at your desk. You will learn how to counter life’s demands on your back, shoulders, neck, eyes, wrists, and hips. There’s no need to change your clothes or move furniture; just follow along and you will feel the benefits. Beginners and seasoned yogis alike, this class is a fit for everyone. About your YogaPro, Laura Chismudy:Laura Chismudy found her way to teaching yoga after experiencing injuries in pursuit of various physical activities, most notably recreational circus arts. She teaches yoga and meditation in domestic and international locations, to students of all ages (from 6-80) and abilities (beginner to expert). She prides herself in welcoming students in person and online by tailoring her classes to meet the needs of each class by soliciting requests. Her class is accessible, grounding, intentional, and fun! Laura has trained in many styles of yoga from Power Yoga to Chair Yoga, Buddhist Meditation, Anatomy, and Functional Movement.
